I am an assistant professor in School of Information Technology at Illinois State University at Normal, IL.  I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at University of Massachusetts at Amherst in September 2007. While I was a Ph.D. student in UMASS at Amherst, I worked with Prof. Jim Kurose and Prof Don Towsley in Computer Networks Research Group.
